Road Trip!!

We traveled to Ruston for the 4th of July weekend. We think it was Jack's first trip outside the city of Houston, much less Texas!

The boys were well behaved on the 5 3/4 hour car trip both ways. Wesley watched movies while Jack slept, except when we stopped for traffic lights. Thankfully, those are few and far between on our route from Houston to Ruston.

A few facts about Jack at 2 months...

1. He is wearing some size 3-6 month clothes now and size 2 diapers!!


2. He is able to put his hands in his mouth now.


3. He loves to play on his Gymini and to watch the bears on his mobile on the Pack and Play.


4. He is very strong and is getting good at holding his head up.


5. He tolerates baths a lot more than he used to. Maybe he'll be swimming soon!

Two Months Old

Jack is two months old today. We went in for his two month visit this morning. He is keeping up with is big brother! He weighed in at 14 pounds (same as Wesley) and 24 1/2 inches (half inch longer!).

Summer is in full swing with Wesley going to tumbling class and swim lessons, in addition to his busy neighborhood social schedule. Jack is getting cuter by the day with his handsome smiles and coos. He's also sleeping 6 hours at a stretch at night! Hope we don't jinx it!
