Easter + Tree Craziness

We had a great Easter. The weather was wonderful, and Wesley had a great time hunting eggs and enjoying gifts from the Easter Bunny.


Heading out to look for eggs at the church egg hunt Saturday morning. It was his third egg hunt this year, so he had the technique down!

In addition, we had a tree incident during a storm last week. Luckily, it only grazed the house so the damage was very minimal. However, Wesley and Daddy were looking out the back window when it happened, so I think Wesley was a little scarred. He asked over and over again, "What happened to my tree?" said, "My tree is broken." Poor guy.

Rodeo and (early) Easter

Last weekend we made our annual pilgrimage to Reliant Park for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Wesley had a great time (as always) and got to visit many animals and lots of farm equipment.

It's hard to believe we only have a little less than two months before #2 arrives. Here are a few pictures of his room!
